I redesigned the website to create a more welcoming, engaging experience that reflects the organization’s mission. The new design introduced a brighter, more approachable visual style, improved content organization, and streamlined navigation throughout the site. I also integrated Gravity Forms with the adoption process so that when a visitor selects a specific pet, the adoption application is automatically pre-filled with that animal’s information, creating a smoother experience for both adopters and staff.
